Search Land Records by Owner Name

When you do not know the Khasra number, searching by the landowner’s name is a practical alternative on the UP Bhulekh system.

How to Search by Name

1. Visit upbhulekh.gov.in.
2. Select the Khatauni or real-time record option.
3. Choose District, Tehsil and Village accurately.
4. Select the search-by-name (or equivalent) option.
5. Enter the owner’s name as recorded in the revenue records.
6. Submit and review the matching results.

Tips for Better Results

• Use the spelling that is likely used in official records (often Hindi transliteration)
• Try partial names if the full name yields no results
• Confirm the village boundary – some villages have similar names across tehsils
• If multiple persons share the same name, cross-check with known Khasra numbers or relatives’ names

Once you locate the correct entry, note the Khasra numbers for future map or detailed verification.
