Step-by-Step Process
- Visit the official UP Bhulekh portal at upbhulekh.gov.in.
- On the home page, select the option for Khatauni (Adhikar Abhilekh) ki Nakal Dekhein or Real-Time Khatauni.
- Enter the captcha code shown on the screen and submit.
- Choose your District, then Tehsil, and finally the Village.
- Search using one of the available options:
- Khasra / Gata number
- Khata number
- Landowner name
- View the complete Khatauni details on screen. You can download or print an uncertified copy for reference.
Note: Certified copies are issued only from the respective Tehsil office. The online version is for information and verification purposes.
What Information Does Khatauni Contain?
- Name of the landholder(s) and their shares
- Khasra / Gata numbers of the plots
- Area of each plot (in hectares or acres)
- Land type and irrigation status
- Crop details where available
- Any recorded mutations or changes
