• Khatauni – Record of Rights listing ownership and holdings of a person/family in a village
• Khasra / Gata – Unique number identifying a specific plot of land
• Bhu Naksha – Digital map showing plot boundaries
• Mutation – Official update of ownership after sale, inheritance or gift

Who Can Use It

Any citizen can view publicly available records. Farmers, buyers, sellers, banks, lawyers and government departments use the system daily for verification and planning.
